Please be assured that dahmakan will continue to be operational as usual and will continue to deliver safe and hygienic meals to you.

At dahmakan, our number one priority is the health and safety of all the members of our staff and our community. We know you have questions and I want to personally assure you that we are monitoring the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) closely.

Beyond simply monitoring the situation, we are taking active measures to make sure the food that gets delivered to your home is safe and secure.

1) Contactless Delivery: To minimize customer-rider contact, our riders will deliver your meal at your gate, reception, or doorstep by placing a dahmakan paper bag (with your meal inside) on the floor, while maintaining a safe distance of 2 meters away from you. You will receive a push notification after placing the order and when your rider is nearby — so please make sure to enable notifications from dahmakan.

2) Cash on Delivery has been temporarily suspended to ensure we minimize contact between our riders & customers. We do accept other payment options such as Online Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, and Boost. We request your cooperation in this regard.

3) Riders’ Health & Safety: All our riders will have their temperature checked before they’re allowed inside our delivery hubs. All of our riders will also sanitize their hands before picking up your meals at the hub. We have been following this for the past few weeks already.
